Had 2nd TURBT nearly 8 weeks ago + mitomyccin.  Initially had bladder pain that subsided, but never went entirely away when voiding for a few weeks.  It seemed to have stopped after about 3 weeks and wasn’t bothering me by the time the follow-up appointment with the doctor happened.   He indicated surgery went well, and pathology results indicated non-aggressive cancer that hadn’t spread into underlying tissue or muscle.    This past week the pain is back with a vengeance, with a small bit of blood sometimes.   No signs of infection that I can tell, like fever, chills or cloudyness.   With my first TURBT I had the scab come out after almost exactly 2 weeks.  That didn’t happen this time.   I am wondering if it could be the scab coming out this late — can that happen?   If so, it hasn’t made it out yet!    Tried to call urologist’s office today but no-one was picking up.
