ParisottoParticipantTales of the sea cont…..
What’s the porpoise of playing cards with a shark ????? You never winnow !!!! We otter quit !!! Isn’t this a whale of a tale lol lol 🙂
ParisottoParticipantRhonda !!!! It’s done ! Yeah for you … For me that was a relief. I am a 52 year old female and had no issues with leakage at all and I had surgery in September . In the event you have issues beyond preliminary Recovery I just read a great thread by a gentleman from Cambridge who had awesome tips.
The surgery itself and the recovery for me was really challenging particularly the routine for maintenance and bladder expansion etc I am a sleeper. I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to handle the sleeplessness versus the other 🙂 All jokes aside the surgery , in my opinion is nothing short of a miracle . For medicine to be so advanced and provide us with an opportunity for a Neo is incredible . I am cheering for you and this phase of your recovery. It was worth every single measurement 🙂 for me even if it was at 3:00 a.m !

PS. Document your output and you can use this as your progress sheet in terms of your patterns etc…. It is a good barometer ….
ParisottoParticipantHi Sal
Reaching out is the best resource especially when on foreign territory ! You being the first in your family perhaps makes it even scarier ! When I was diagnosed I was also stunned. I was never ever sick nor missed work but you manage to deal … The old self help slogan one day at a time really is relevant for this illness as well 🙂 hang in there Sal …xo
ParisottoParticipantAwesome Elsie thanks so much 🙂

ParisottoParticipantRhonda Lee I am a 52 year old female who has never had a surgery hospitalization ct scan and the like in my life ! I was told I go big or stay home . I had radical c in September and am feeling fantastic at this time . The surgery is a bit of a miracle in a sense just incredible what they can do . The recovery can be brutal but you do get through it !!!!! I did !!!
If you want to have a personal conversation please advise and I can coordinate a time. The key is to be comfortable with the process of recovery and the outcome will be worth it 🙂 it is a wonderful option .
