    It would be fun to use rugby rules in golf and bowling meaning you have to get your shot off before everyone tackles you. NOW THAT would be a sport! Speaking of baseball… Wouldn’t it be cool if the batter was allowed to keep (and use) the bat while he ran the bases?

    I see the off topic discussions have taken a more serious tone. Balls? So… Take a really big stick (aka club) to the bowling alley and hit the ball with it. If (when) management asks you to leave, hit management. If you “club” the ball into someone elses alley what are they going to do? You have a club! None of this makes sense to me but it seems appropriate for the topic…maybe.

    My closest, life-long friend Joe passed away 12 years ago at the age of 47. At the viewing, I was last to approach the casket to take a look at Joe. When I got there I burst out laughing. You know the laugh…the one where you can’t stop not matter how hard you try. Another friend approached and asked “WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING?” My response… “He’s wearing my tie.”
