How can I edit an earlier post? I see “Edit” appear as an option on new posts briefly, but then it goes away.

Is there a post “Delete” option on this new forum format?

What does the “Quote” option do?

    Hi Gerry

You can edit your own posts that have posted on the new forum. Older posts from the the previous forum, I would have to edit for you. You just need to private message me to make the changes.
Posts can only be deleted by the moderator which in this case is me. So just private message me which posts you would like deleted.
The Quote button is a copy and paste tool. So if you wanted to copy and paste a post or a reply to a post, just hit Quote and the information will be placed in your new reply to that post or reply to a post.
    All the best,
    Jack
