Yeah, we have all heard it, and hear it everyday. “this call may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes”. We all know they aren’t. I recall calling the “O” and asking if John was home yet. Really. We dialed 4 numbers. Or we simply asked to be connected with John, or whoever. easy. They were not monitored either.

OK, so where are we headed. Here is the time line:

this call WILL be monitored for consumer protection – 2015

This call WILL be monitored for our protection – 2021

This call is recorded for governmenal commerce applications – 2023

This call and all its contents will be turned over to the CIA, EPA, ATF, FBI and any other organization past present and future – 2026

This call can and will be used against you in any way deemed necessary by whoever deems it necessary – 2028

The year 2030? I don;t want to think about it.

69+17 = 86 ..that is how old I would be if I live till 2030!
