The Moment You Have Been waiting For……

Or maybe the moment you were hoping to avoid!. OK, yes, it is me in the flesh, or maybe not. In any event I’ll make this brief (yeah right). I inherited a stomach and intestinal virus a few weeks ago. Very rare for me. Then comes diarrhea. OK, that’s bad. But them vomiting, lots of it. I think that happened 3 times in my life. Over three days I was getting dehydrated and ate nothing ( I did try though) but worse, I could not keep my five seizure meds down. Bad. That means I could die. Things get better but I’m week and tired and sleep a lot. So far I’m getting better until the head cold comes along with congestion which ends up in my chest. Very made because I have asthma. Severe asthma attacks follow, makes me more tires, back to not eating. I get through it but barely beofre I get a strain of flu. I get that about once every 12 years. It was bad. More no eating, more dehydration more severe asthma attacks. Not good, I was thinking maybe death would be imminent. No hospitals, I like to avoid them. So I was hoping I would just croak. No, no way. Asthma gets worse and on and on. I am not fully recovered but much better. In the next chapter I will tell you how the chest pain and not breathing got me to the hospital where they refused to see me until…… More to follow. Chapter 3 will be about ho the second hospital told me I was faking it. Stay tunes.

Actually I was in Hawaii on the beach drinking tequila. I like that story better!

So happy you are on a recovery. Did you have horrid headaches too? Son has been sick for about 3 weeks also.

Wow you have been through the mill and back for sure. I’m so happy that you let us know what was going on and that you are back albeit even for short periods. Thanks for the early Christmas present. I know it’s not what you were hoping for – present wise – but it’s what we were hoping for and that was to hear you were finally on the mend. Maybe when all is said and done you can actually go on that trip to Hawaii and lay on a beach with tequila. All the best my friend…please take care.

Look on the bright side: we all love you, missed you, were concerned about you, are delighted to hear from you.

Welcome back! I’m finally glad to know that you are making progress on the road to recovery. I thought maybe some foreign alien had imprisoned you on Neergog. I’m sure that you are able to write a book on this misadventure alone! ((((HUGS))))
