Do you use the popular Strava app to track and motivate your running, cycling or swimming and connect with friends ? Exercise can be healthy for both the mind and body especially in these days of social isolation and distancing.

    Hi Gerry,

Great Post.  I use Strava (and also RunKeeper); both in ‘free’ version and love being able to see my results and progress.

    Thank you,

Thank-you, for your words of support for Strava. Join our BCC club to compete with the rest of us. Invite any of your Strava friends who might be interested in BCa. We are working on an awesome walking/ running/ cycling/ whatever jersey style T-Shirt for BCC virtual activities this year. I’ll post more info about it here as details develop!
