I am so frustrated right now! Had my surgery a week and half ago to have my stoma revised and a surprise hernia repair in my fascia and I am at the point where I am leaking more than a change a day. My stoma and hernia site are so sore just from appliance changes. I know the swelling will continue to go down and then it will level out about month 3/4 or later but I am already not able to lift or do anything…and I am going bat crazy!!!! ok that is all…vent over! Hope all is well with everyone…

That sounds pretty lousy. I’m sure it will get resolved as the swelling goes down and the tissue repairs itself. And hernia surgery can hurt for a long time, as in many weeks. You’ll be OK, but sorry you have to go through that.

Holy moley! Sorry, bad choice of words! Get better soon okay? Nice to see you back on the site but sorry that you’ve had one #$^$# of a time.
