Seen my new urologist last Friday and all seemed good for the scope. Though he did do a biopsy as there was a small section that had some redness. Looked like pimples to me. He said he was not to concerned as could be scar tissue or BCG. I am sure others have experienced this before. Have to phone back later this week for results. He said that my previous uro had concerns of a radical tumour but he said no evidence of that. Music to my ears. Just thought of putting it out there for some feedback if it could be inflammation? He did stay it was not tumour related.

I had a faint red spot on the back wall of my bladder following my first 6 week round of BCG. When I asked my uro at that time he said it was from the BCG and that it would clear up on its own. When I went for another cysto three months later it was gone. If your uro has biopsied it then those results will tell you for sure if it is trouble or not. I’ve talked to others that have had redness on the bladder wall following BCG. BCG does cause inflammation but as with everything else, it will cause more for some people than others. Got my fingers crossed and saying prayers for a positive outcome for you.

I had the red spots following BCG treatments. My Uro expected the spots were inflammation from the treatments and he was right.
    All the best,
    Jack
