Strike another item off my bucket list: Just rafted down the Colorado River for twelve miles through grade 3 rapids. Just big enough to get you soaked and be a bit exciting, but not dangerous enough to scream like a little girl – my apologies to all little girls who never scream! If you ever get to visit Glenwood Springs in Colorado, take it. Beautiful part of God’s creation!

Good for you Greg! I’m not a fan of fast moving water so its not on my bucket list… mmm.. come to think of it I don’t even have a bucket list yet. And I wouldn’t scream like a little girl, more like a banshee.

On the other hand my hubby and I will be going to the Bahamas in December. That will be our first really big holiday sans les kids. I did have a short family trip to Hawaii in 2008 but this promises to be better.

I don’t know whether to count this trip as a bucket list event or not….
Again, kudos to you for such an adventure!
