My little netherland dwarf bun is a real mischief maker. He delights in chewing what isn’t his – remeniscent of a puppy I guess. HIs latest target is the top of our couch. He is usually really good and just perches there beside us when we watch TV. Yesterday he decided that it was munchie time while he was up there. I picked him up and scolded him. He just gave me that s*** eating grin of his just like my boys did when they got in trouble. Oh, and he eats like a teenage boy too – non stop! When did animals become like our kids?? LOL!!

I want a bunny! Do they generally get along with cats? He sounds adorable :))

Bunnies can get along with cats but I would say unless you know that you can really trust your cats around other animals keep the bunny in a secure cage. Females are generally more tolerant than males. Males especially unneutered are very territorial. Have fun choosing one should you decide to go for it.

Seems my female cats are worse than my old boy. I guess I will wait. But I sure do want one.

There was a stray rabbit outside many years ago and it would play with my cat outside. It was so cute. I would call Rabbit, Rabbit! and from somewhere he would appear for a treat.
Then one day he was gone.
If I weren’t so young and stupid , I would have caught him and kept him. They really are fun pets, I have seen online.
