Many of you may have heard how Calgary got its first snowstorm of the season earlier this week. Lots of trees damaged and down due to the heavy wet snow. Many are still without power. I have tons of green tomatoes – at least that’s easy to solve – make salsa. The poor robins have been looking so confused. They don’t usually leave until October. If I was them I think I’d book it out of here before the next blast. Who knows what we’ll get in the coming weeks.

It’s early September for crying out loud! The newspapers have dubbed it Snowtember! LOL!!

Ki, we need to send Mother Nature some of your tequila. Maybe that would stop the hissy fit.

Wow , that was early!! Is it better now?
Maybe went back to normal weather? Ours was colder in August than it is now. Crazy weather all over.

Send pic of snowman if you made one. :))

Yeah, it’s been mostly warm ever since. Last week we did have two cold days and a skiff of snow during the night. Today is supposed to be really decent so I intend to get my garden cleaned up and stuff put away.
