Two years ago I had RC with Neo followed by a year of Tecentriq in a drug trial. My bc pathology revealed MIBC was T3b with squamous differentiation. All of my bloodwork and CT scans have been clean, but I have recently noticed a couple of protruding dark reddish moles on my upper abdomen. My stomach hasn’t seen the sun since I was a toddler. Has anyone heard of cells  metastasising as melanomas. I see my GP tomorrow.

    Hi Sue,

I have found a research paper which answers your question.   It seems that it is very rare that bladder cancer leads to cutaneous metastasis.

Wish you for the best 🙂

    Hi Joey,

Thank you for doing this research. My GP also said that type of metastasis was very rare. Still, to be on the safe side, I have an appointment with a dermatologist in the very near future. The article made me feel that it was unlikely.

    thank you again,

    Sue
