Yeah yeah I know. Strange topic but I had to get your attention. BUT- there has not been much off topic activity lately so I may have to go back to Kiowa’s maniacal radio network of strange happenings.

Maybe aliens from Neergog have invaded earth and captured everyone from the site.

Seriously? I’ve had a wierd couple of weeks. Started with my hubby having a fender bender exactly 2 hours after purchasing our newer car. (Accident was with older car.) Thankfully it was very minor but we were at fault. No damage to our car and very minor to other car. I also have tried unsuccessfully to get my new laptop up and running. It will take the expertise of my oldest but he couldn’t come because of the snowstorm we had overnight. Yesterday before the storm I purchased new land line phones. We hooked a satellite phone up as a main phone with the jacks going into the wrong places and shorted out our phone line. Now I have the bill for that as well. Phone service got restored this morning despite the bad weather. I have also been adjusting to wearing hearing aids. Not as easy as I thought. I blame aliens from Neergog for making things happen all at once.

Sounds like a rather boring life, Marysue. Is that ALL that happened?

Here, some lunatic up the road has been encouraging & feeding the local feral cats. which are driving our dogs bananas. Norm took off after the evil black cat on a walk about 4 weeks back and i ended up in urgent care getting my knee cleaned out and a bunch of stitches, also sprained the opposite ankle. waiting for the coyotes to come round and start cleaning house i guess. May sound harsh but if she wants to help she outta take them in and get fixed and given to a good home. ‘nother neighbor nearly got dragged off her bike while walking her dachshund which managed to grab (and kill) one of the feral kittens.
Otherwise things are going ok around here, and weather is just rain.

Dead cats or kittens , makes me cry. Not their fault and animal control should help. Poor kitten :(((

Had a big black bear at our window last night . He was over 7 ft. when he stood up. Huge guy. He ripped off our gate and was looking for cat food I think since we feed the birds and raccoons, and one cat.. But we clean it all up before evening so it must have still been a smell. eye to eye with a huge bear looking in your kitchen window gets your adrenalin pumping for a good two hours.
We had a high power rifle and a 38 hand gun ready in case. Thank goodness he just browsed and left. Whew!
