We will just have a small one for us and our friend.
Hoping son can come here, but they may wait till Christmas.
Either way, I just love that day with turkey, pies, and football!
    Can’t wait :))

darn, is it really this late in the year? Good, I love thanksgiving too. This year we go to our usual place. We are very fortunate to have friends who host a huge thanksgiving for some of their friends. They have a huge ranch and I can ride horses, we will have a shooting contest this year, hay field maze (actually quite scary), all kinds of foods, of course 4 wheelers, foot ball on wide screens, swimming and whatever. Oh, and Tom is a licensed pyrotechnic technician and we’ll have lots of fireworks if it is not too dry. oh yeah, the barn fire! Love that. Maybe I’ll go to Jeanne’s house instead, or maybe Marysue. Nah.

Yes Jeanne. These friends are very kind and loving. Any one who shows up will be welcomed. Even you. Everyone brings their dogs too. It’s always a great party. They have a huge ranch and house and they share their good fortune with others. I think even Canadians can come. But the U.S. and Canada were all one once upon a time anyway. I wish all countries shared the relationship the U.S. and Canada have.
