Increasing age is the #1 risk factor for cancer. A growing body of evidence supports the hypothesis that by slowing the aging process, you may delay or prevent the onset or recurrence of cancer and many other chronic diseases ( see https://www.thomashealthblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/Cancer-aging.pdf )
Slowing aging centers around changes in diet1; improving oxidative mitochondrial function2; promoting effective immunity3; increasing microcirculation and tissue oxygenation4; promoting tissue alkalinity5; enhancing detoxification6; improving gut health7; reducing oxidative stress8, inflammation9, and exposure to environmental toxins10; eradicating senescent cells11; promoting sound sleep12 and physical fitness13, and reducing stress14. Together, this helps create a more tumor-resistant environment in the body.

    Dear Dr. Thomas,

With all respect, your participation in the forum for bladder cancer patients is very disturbing.   This forum is not the place for your promoting your practice or your idea.  It is acceptable that patients can state his or her experience and recommend his or her remedies as the readers will read it with a grain of salt.   But you state a credential as a doctor, which we expect that anything you say is evidence-based and you are ready to be liable any consequence that the readers in the forum may follow.  It is so irresponsible to say that what you state is only for educational purposes to mitigate the risk of being sued even you state that you are a doctor.   When you are confident that your information is medically proven and you can remove your disclaimer that it is only for educational purposes and if you are ready to be sued by those who follow your suggestions and worsen their prognosis, you are welcome to join this forum.

    Joe
