I was hoping for another all clear so that my cystos would be scheduled 6 months apart. However, my Uro noticed a little “something” on my bladder. Could be CIS or nothing at all. If the cytology report comes back negative, he will continue with my 3 bcg treatments. My next cysto will be scheduled six weeks after the last bcg instead of waiting the three months.
Hang in there Bev. It’s disappointing to not get an “all clear”, but it’s good to keep on top of any changes that might be occurring. Thanks for letting us know. We’re with you!
Most likely a little inflammation from the BCG treatments Bev. But better to be safe and have checked out.
Let us know the results of the cytology test.
All the best,
Jack
Hopefully Bev it is inflammation from the bcg and all will be well. Hopefully you’ll find out for sure in a few days and the worrying can stop. Take care.
Flo
Thank you for your encouragement. My only concern is that because of my operations and the rescheduling of my cystos, I have not had a bcg treatment in 8 months instead of 6. I am not sure that any change in the bladder at this point would be inflammation. I hope I am mistaken.
