Funded by the Canadian Cancer Society, a McGill University research team is offering free self-care materials (relaxation MP3s, cognitive behavioral workbooks) and phone coaching to eligible cancer survivors experiencing low mood after their treatments for a non-metastatic cancer. No travel is required and participants are asked to complete 3 feedback questionnaires to help the team evaluate the usefulness of the self-care materials. The study is open to Ontario and Quebec residents. For more info visit: . You can also call Cindy Ibberson toll free at 1-855-334-7403 if you live in Quebec and Camilla Diniz at 416-634-7336 if you reside in Ontario.
