How many times have you heard that said either to you, in movies, to others, etc. I’m just wondering, how does one compose him or her self? I understand composing music, writing, etc. But I don’t get the whole rest of it.

Think of yourself as a blank piece of paper, what would you put on it to describe yourself . then put it to music :))

Do the Brits call this keeping a stiff upper lip? Now that’s something I’d like to see!

“bite your tongue” or “count to eight”…I’ve heard the gold standard for a good facilitator is to count to eight when you’ve asked an opened question…you know…wait, wait, wait-for-it. So perhaps, the delay will keep you calm and allow to rethink what to say or do…you could bite your tongue and count to eight the same time…:)

Heck holding that energy could bring on too much stress…I say go for it!!!
