    Hi Everyone:

I’m posting this a little early because I have a real busy week coming up and didn’t want to forget.

It is said that April showers bring May flowers.  Spring is coming and it certainly feels good to be able to see stuff starting to grow in the garden.  It gives me hope in what can sometimes seem a dark world not only because of all the gloom and doom on world fronts but bladder cancer can be difficult to navigate not only physically but mentally, emotionally and spiritually as well. Many people that I have spoken with have mentioned this struggle.  I have experienced it too.

I think that is why I got into gardening in a big way.  When I’m in amongst my plants, the stress melts away at least for a time.  I know not everyone on this site is a green thumb and may not have the opportunity to get into a garden but I strongly suggest that even if you aren’t treat yourself to some flowers once in awhile.  The smell and sight of them is truly therapy.  Best Wishes and ((((HUGS)))) to all who have stuff this month.
