Hi Everyone:
December is fast approaching so I thought I’d get this up a little earlier since we’re all getting busy. It’s hard to believe that 2016 is coming to a close. Here’s to a good December with lots of “all clears” and positive thoughts and prayers for those that have “stuff” this month. Nothing medical for me.
November 17, 2016 at 5:26 am #21160Paul DParticipantHi every one and just a meeting “Post BCG” with the new oncologist in my local Cancer Care Clinic on the 12th December, hope every one having treatment goes well.
Love & Best Wishes to all,
Paul DNovember 17, 2016 at 1:49 pm #21161mr.claudeParticipantI’m scheduled for a cystoscopy on Dec 2nd, and then waiting on the next round of BCG maintenance, BUT…This may be all put on hold as I’m waiting for news on treatments for a recently diagnosed case of osteosarcoma in my left thigh. Going into this new challenge with a positive attitude.
Good luck to everyone else

November 24, 2016 at 4:13 pm #21177ElissarParticipantGood morning all,
December is a busy month for me with all follow up appointments and cystoscopy on Dec 16, following 6 weeks of BCG/Interferno treatment. I am optimistic and counting on good news for the holidays. My very best to all of you who are undergoing the same.
ElissarNovember 25, 2016 at 9:32 am #21182Paul DParticipantHi back again it would seem I will be busy for the next couple of weeks prior to heading to Sydney to spend time with the kids, I have to see my GP Monday to arrange some urine tests (the 4 in a week process) and discuss a letter received from the urology department in Brisbane about my 3 year plan they have for me, I also have another below the belt problem that has surfaced. I have a cystoscopy in early January that is part of the plan, I also have the oncologist meeting on the 12th December for my post Maint BCG stuff. Life fortunately goes on and these things must be done.
Love & Best Wishes to all.
Paul DNovember 25, 2016 at 12:55 pm #21183GerryWKeymasterMy first annual CT after my RC this past January. December 15th. Some more photos to add to my album. Maybe I’ll post a ‘before’ and ‘after’ image…… the cost of unprotected exposure to automotive paints and chemicals over 40yrs ago.
Feeling warmth go through me from head to toe….(-20 outside tonight)….”Breath in and hold your breath… whirr…whirr….now breathe normally”… Deed done for another year. Feeling great.

December 1, 2016 at 9:41 am #21200SJayParticipantMy first CT after my RC as well on Dec 7. I’ve been travelling for the last 5 weeks and enjoying it immensely. Spending zero time worrying.
December 6, 2016 at 4:10 am #21226AzParticipantHad my cystoscopy today. I was extremely scared, since I stopped the BCG treatments following a discussion with my urologist. Turns out, I had nothing to worry about. I’m all clear for another 6 months. Thank you God for sending me some angels today. I know my grandma was there. Whenever I see red, I know she’s there. That was her color.
December 6, 2016 at 1:17 pm #21227Jack MoonKeymasterCongrats Az, great news! Now enjoy the holidays cancer free.
All the best,
JackDecember 6, 2016 at 5:18 pm #21229marysueParticipantHi Az:
Go party girl!! Wahooo!! ((((HUGS))))
December 6, 2016 at 6:43 pm #21230sheltiesParticipantHi there Az, great news from your cystoscopy. Amazing how a big weight is lifted off your shoulders when you get an “all clear”. Don’t give it any more thought until time for the next cysto. Enjoy the Christmas holidays coming up and all the best in the New Year.
Good luck to everyone having stuff done this month. Take care all and have a great holiday!
