Man, it has been so cold for so long I’ve forgotten what summer is like. we did have a bit of a warm spell but now we live in what feels like a meat locker. I know most of Canada has had spells of real deep freeze.

It is very icy so I don’t walk much but jump on the bike instead. Cabin Fever is hitting though, I gaze fondly over displays of spring garden supplies and seeds that believe it or not are already in the stores.

Anyone else feeling this way? My oldest is in Cuba with his girlfriend…..Darn I should have stowed away in their suitcases while I had the chance.

Should not jump on a bike. Better to jump on a trampoline or with a jump rope.
    Just sayin…

Greg, you’re right. If you jump on a bike you might injure yourself depending on the way you jump on it. LOL! Poor choice of words.

My indoor bike has been my sanity saver this winter. It has been too icy to walk very far. I’m so glad I bought it. I’ve had to keep at it to try and get my weight down a bit. Too much good food while on vacation and at Christmas.
