    Hello Everyone, new to the site….and the information shared and the support is amazing. Can anyone please recommend reputable urologist/bladder cancer specialists in the Durham Region (Oshawa/Whitby)?

    Welcome RCS:
    This is truly an amazing bunch of people who are committed to encouraging one another and helping as best we are able since we too are being and have been helped by others. Certainly there is no need to walk the bladder cancer journey alone, even if your support team at home and among friends is superb. Others here not only sympathize, but empathize, knowing full well what you are feeling, thinking, worrying about, glossing over, etc. We’ve been there – and some of us still are there!

    Our President, Jack Moon, has mentioned a uro in Durham. If you want to hear a speech he gave to us in Toronto three years ago, go to the tabs above: “Facing Bladder Cancer” then “Educational Meeting Presentations”, then down near the bottom you will see his name and his subject of “Dealing with non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer.” It’s about 36 minutes long.
