BCC Board of Directors meeting

Excellent board meeting today in Toronto for Bladder Cancer Canada. Some terrific initiatives in the plans, some already underway with extremely committed people. More information will follow in 2014. Your board, devotedly led by David and Jack, is passionate about spreading awareness, providing meaningful support to patients and contributing to ground-breaking research. Along with some wonderful volunteers who are going above and beyond the call of duty and reaping rich dividends as a result, you can be duly proud of this organization of which you form a vital part.
There is still lots of work to do on so many fronts. If you’ve ever thought you’d like to make a difference in someone’s life, and you are not currently engaged in some aspect of BCC, please volunteer your time, skills, expertise, creative ideas, and so much more. Not everything can be done today – but we’re here for the long term.
Thanks for all you are doing and are yet to do. A lot of people will say “I can.” Be one of the few who says “I will.”
