    Need to know if there is a support group in Vancouver area? My husband is newly diagnosed Grade 3 due to have surgery on Wed. 9th Sept for RC. Ileal conduit.

    There is not a support group yet in the Vancouver area. However if your husband would like to speak to a bladder cancer survivor who has had their bladder removed, please call 1+ 866.674.8889 and leave a message. Some one will call you or your husband and arrange a conversation. We also have caregivers that can speak to you, and share their experiences.

    Please keep posting, I understand this is a difficult procedure and recovery. I too am about to have RC and want to see more discussion forums, these truly help and updating them as we proceed could be valuable information for all affected. Thank You, God Bless
