I had bladder spasms after my TURBTS and during BCG treatments. My bladder absolutely hates being invaded. Not that I blame it. I have put up with invasion in that area since 1963. Seriously, I suggest applying a hot water bottle or heating pad to your abdomen. When I was in the hospital the nurses packed hot blankets on my tummy , between my legs and on my lower back. Hot baths with Epsom salts help with muscle aches. Hang in there. It is tough but will be worth it to save your bladder. I’ve had 21 treatments and am more than 3 years cancer free.
