I got a copy of this from my cofounder and it is an exciting read. Maybe if uros can do a better resection that will lower the reoccurence rate. I’ve often thought the the high reoccurence rate is mostly due to tumours reseeding themselves. If this technology could be combined with a drug flush of the bladder during the TURBT I think that fewer of us would even require BCG which is A OK in my books.
