Never heard of that method of cleanse. I’ve had three of the preps and found that the whole tHing was relatively easy and no dehydration, no problems. I think Shakespeare wrote a play about it. Called it “Much ado about nothing.” Since colon cancer is a very treatable form of the disease and it has few if any symptoms, best to get the scope and find any issues early. In that way, it is similar to bladder cancer. The earlier found and treated, the better, in spite of the discomfort, if any.
